
Ingredients
One package of cream cheese
Half a pound of Frozen imitation crab legs
1/2 cup chopped green onions
Salt to taste
House-made sweet and sour sauce
ground white pepper
Wonton wrappers (50)
Yields: About 24-30 rangoons Prep time: 20 minutes Cook time: 5-7 minutes per batch
Instructions:
Combine the cream cheese, crab, and green onions- then mix well for even distribution
Lay the wrappers out
Put the crab cheese in the wrapper without overfilling
Use water to moisten the edges
Fold the wrappres into triangle purses that are well sealed and leak-free
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F
Arrange your rangoons in batches
Cook for 5 minutes
Serve warm
